• The concept design for “Madama Butterfly tea room" was developed for the cruise boat Costa Victoria, that uses the theatre as a main theme, to create an atmosphere related to the world of the Opera. “Madama Butterfly tea room” is inspired by the theatre work of Puccini to evoke the atmospheres of the Far East in the beginning of the 20th century. The concept was realized by using a brand new material such as the aluminium mosaic that allowed us to recreate the shiny atmospheres of the interiors in Japanese lacquer.
